Gnilles is looking for a Team Builder. A minimum of 5 years sales experience is required. Training and Managing Salespeople is preferred. Our clients offer aggressive compensation packages, which include:
• $70,000 - $110,000 base salary (commensurate upon experience)

The job entails creating and improving sales processes and training. Developing Teams of Salespeople. Providing inspiration, direction and accountability.
Requirements:
- 5 Years of Sales experience, with verifiable quota attainment
- Business-to-Business sales experience preferred
- Experience handling multiple accounts
- Excellent communications skills: verbal, written and presentation
- “Do what it takes” attitude
- Motivation to succeed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Internet applications
